I am an Australian medical doctor, working as a basic physician trainee, with aspirations of participating in the Geriatric and Longevity medicine space.
I am passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellness, and think that everyone should develop their own personal framework to take on life with.

This website has some general information for education purposes only, specifically on the topic of wellbeing.
It's a brief introduction to my opinion around some of the internal architecture of a good life.
